

Listen to your body and go at your own pace is our standard advice for all Beachbody programs. A mat and a good pair of shoes will make things more comfortable. Light weights and/or one or two resistance bands. It’s not INSANITY, but most people will find it plenty difficult and will be ready for INSANITY by the end. This means it’s easy enough-if you modify-for anyone to do, but also hard enough for those who have a fitness base and are just out of shape to get great benefits from. No one said it would be easy, well I did but now I know better lol.FOCUS T25 is an introductory/intermediate fitness program. I know if I can adjust to that then I can adjust to this Focus T25. Leslie Sansone’s videos were very hard for me in the beginning and even though I’m still over weight they’ve gotten easier for me to do. Even if I have to take a break I want to jump right back in and finish it. Tonight I am going to try again and see the cardio video through. I only lasted 10 minutes into the video before I had to take a break because my throat and chest was hurting which is from the lack of water I drunk prior to the work out and the fact that I did not do a warm up to prepare my body.

I honestly thought since I had been working out lately that this would be a piece of cake but it wasn’t. It made it seem like the stuff I had been doing with Leslie Sansone was nothing lol. This work out is not for beginners its definitely intermediate. So I start doing the workout and immediately I realize how intense it is. I decided I would do the modified version because I’m not use to any of Shaun’s videos and I didn’t know if I could last 25 minutes. I skimmed through the video to see if I would be able to do it. The first video for the Monday is cardio (I’ll post the chart at the bottom of this post). I don’t think I will post it unless someone asks because it is very time consuming uploading and editing those videos.

My real intention was to upload it to my dailymotion channel but I never got around to it.

since I downloaded the Focus T25 last month I decided to give it a try. Usually I do Leslie Sansone 2 mile to 5 mile walk but the workout is starting to get very easy and repetitve. This morning I decided to switch it up this week for my exercise programs.
